Very responsive., good informative stuff.
They are open to suggestions most of the time

Lead! Everyone is not going to get along but when they don't work it out and don't push the problem under the rug.

They need to treat everyone equally. It’s too much of a good boy system friends getting friends ahea

better work environment, everyone is just a number
Lower benefits and advantages than in other companies. Pay is too low compared to nb of worked hours (mini 60 per week)
I do a job for three to four people but all the executives get the big bonuses and pay. Ran a department that required at least 20-30 people and I had 5 at best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone willing to help one another.
We all get along with one another.
The enthusiasm from the project team. Currently have great supervision and coaching.
All smiles every day all the time. We're all good buddys.

Great people that love to work for
People do come to work.

There is none because of the hateful people and no diversity actually exists
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More training less coordinators sitting in a class. New hires can not learn our process sitting in a class with videos for 8-9 hrs. They need more on floor training with one training coordinator overseeing the process. We have coordinators with assistance that have assistance.
Consider people as assets and treat them woth respect and recognition

easiest job to land as manager was more interested in talking about anything not related to work and talk about how great he is

more streamline approach, too many cooks in the kitchen
It's not good because you get candidates who quit so quickly and with no experience
What makes you most happy at work?
The sense of accomplishment whenever we complete a projects
The work it self and staying busy never a dull moment.

Everyone should be replaceable but not here. You are rewarded for doing less and critized for going the extra mile

On the station level, the company is extremely corrupt. National and global management simply doesn't involve itself enough.
