Consider employees as assets. Get involved in business and not seat in ivory tower, learn about modern management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower benefits and advantages than in other companies. Pay is too low compared to nb of worked hours (mini 60 per week)
