Lot of communication, feel approachable.

Communication. Fair and transparent pay structure. Clear job grades. Pay equality. Don't spend so much time continually reorganising the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Personal side of it, they manage to make it professional, tough but personal.
The interviwers were both technical managers so knew the work and were also people I ended up working with.
