My field of expertise is typically undervalued, but more opportunity for equity or incentives would help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We definitely haven't figured out the special sauce yet, but we're doing things no one is doing or has done before. So, there is friction but there is also excitement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is all about making things happen and moving our company in the right direction. We overcome lots of obstacles in the process and try to have fun doing it.
