I have been working for the company going on 2 years and have been through 4 store managers as well as 5 assistant managers who have all done their best to try and get me a promotion/raise from district but they always set up “interviews” when help is needed at a different location then say not

I feel undervalued because of the way people are treated; the communication between the associates and management isn't as extensive as it should, they use a lot of double standards in terms of policy and should be taken into consideration.

if they paid commission it would be better because they ask to much for just minimum wage and they are so successful...why not share with your employees? treat us better

No commision get paid minimum wage

For what we do during the day and the amount of mistreatment. and no hours on our schedule no matter how productive you are, if the manager doesn't like you she will not give you hours

I feel under-valued because of the way my manager acts towards me

I get paid barely minimum wage, and they took away our commission so there is no incentive to sell anymore.

I feel that for everything that I bring to the company , I leave just frustrated and not wanting to return.

I feel very undervalued. Me and 3 other employees were required to work double shifts because everyone else was out in quarantine. We were told we would at least get lunch everyday, but never received it. They pay is trash for the amount of work we do while the managers get all these bonuses off us.
