Make it so there are fewer transitions! It seems like people move around A LOT.
No changes.
What part of charity: water's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Our Well/WPS projects are moving along nicely. I think we keep crushing our goals, but don't quote me! I also think our BizDev team is not entirely up to speed; a lot of them come from B2B marketing firms (like Refinery29, etc.).
We raise money very well and quickly, but each year it gets harder to surpass the goal from the previous year. I would say that’s where we currently struggle.

So many! I was provided with a life insurance plan that was incredibly generous, and daily in our office we get snacks, free kombucha, etc. And on each Friday we get beer, wine and pizza for FREE!
Decent benefits!

Pretty flexible! I work a total of 5 hrs/week, and it doesn't matter when I clock in/out. So my schedule is quite flexible!

I would say it's pretty existent -- but I, of course, work from home! So I may just be a one-off or something. I am quite certain that at least 5 of us work remotely and are not expected to come to the office often. (I come when I can, but no more/less!)

Great people. Can’t get enough of them!
What's the interview process like at charity: water?
1st round is with your overarching supervisor and your immediate supervisor. Second round is with select random org participants (I was interviewed by 4 random people in the office) and the 3rd round you meet with Scott, the CEO. It’s very quick and he decides right away if you should be hired or not.
