Great coworkers, not so great upper managment. Low pay compared to others in the same industry, but good PTO and VTO. Bonuses are now almost non exsistant and were never more than 3% to begin with. CRL is merely a stepping stone.
Good listener, overall good leader.
Be transparent about the work we are doing. They never tell you, you will be CONSTANTLY BIT in order to handle animals.
