They need to go through a easier hiring system or give proper training on how to use the system.

My team definitely motivates me to go to work everyday because it doesn't matter who I would work with we are producing results

At the store level we we are very on top of associate appreciation as well as management appreciation with cooking treats and other things like that for one another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They preach that we need to be advocates for going with the flow and fully invest behind any new procedures or policies yet they are not held to the same standard
