Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want to get paid for the work I have done. its the law.
Besides the fact that my store was understaffed, when I found out through the grapevine, that store locations were closing, I was told there would be incentives if I stayed until the last day. However, that was not the case, I wasn't a lead or manager so there were NO incentives for me.

Everyone is friendly and willing to help eachother
At the store level we we are very on top of associate appreciation as well as management appreciation with cooking treats and other things like that for one another.
