Ms. Tal Payne has been the Chief Financial Officer of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd since June 2008 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since 2015. Ms. Payne joined Check Point in 2008. Ms. Payne served as Chief Financial Officer of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. from May 2005 to June 2008. During her tenure at Gilat, Ms. Payne was fully responsible for the strategic planning, developments and leadership of the entire corporate finance organization. She served as Vice President of Finance at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., since December 2003, where she previously served as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Payne served as Gilat's Financial Director. She has valuable financial and business experience. She has been an Independent Director at SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. since March 2015. She served as a CPA and Manager for Kesselman & Kesselman, PriceWaterhouseCooper's Israel office from 1994 to 1999. Ms. Payne holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and an Executive M.B.A., both from Tel-Aviv University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
