Have a organized onboarding process, have better distribution of tasks. communicate all tasks in written format in a designated area to avoid confusion. Assign reasonable workload.
I would feel better if she would've paid me for my work. She doesn't pay her workers, so they quit.
The CEO makes it clear she doesn't like your work and is very passive aggressive in her communication. She doesn't pay you weekly but at the end of the month and only if she is satisfied with your work(very high standards on day 1 with no onboarding).

She needs to have a more organized interview with a recruiter not an intern.
The owner's ethics and lack of respect.
The company organization is terrible. CEO is very passive aggressive and gives unreasonable amount of work. Also has no solid onboarding process. She needs to hire more professional people. Divide the tasks accordingly and to create a solid onboarding process.
