Mr. Alexandros Aldous serves as Secretary and General Counsel of Qzina Specialty Foods, Inc. Mr. Aldous has been the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc. since March 2011 and July 27, 2011, respectively and its Chief Government Relations Officer since September 12, 2017. Mr. Aldous served as the Legal Services Director of The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc. (alternate name, Chefs' Warehouse Holdings LLC) since March 2011. Prior to joining Chefs' Warehouse Holdings, he served as a legal consultant in London to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, from November 2009 to December 2010. Mr. Aldous served as an Attorney with Watson, Farley & Williams from August 2008 to September 2009, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets and as an attorney with Shearman & Sterling LLP from October 2005 to August 2008, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He serves as a Director of Qzina Specialty Foods, Inc. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, Washington, D.C. and England and Wales. Mr. Aldous received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Government from Colby College, a Juris Doctor and M.A. from American University and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
