I have been with the organization for 6 years. Worked on three projects TAWA, RWM and LTA. When I came to work, I was a communication assistant. Now I'm a communication specialist. This is a company that gives every employee the opportunity to develop. Many of us have learned a lot along the way.

Friendly working environment. Everyone knows what to do. Everyone has their own responsibilities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect, tolerance. The professionalism of every employee. Almost all employees do their job very well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders clearly know what they want. It's easy to work with people who know what they want. Move the team forward. They are on par with us. Always support and help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job and every day I come with joy. I am surrounded by friendly colleagues who come to work with great pleasure. It is a pleasure to work with such a team. Because they will help not only at work, but outside of it at any time
What did you like most about the interview process?
Openness and disposition of people conducting interviews. They ask questions not only about future work, but also outside of work. Experience always makes itself felt. So it was a pleasure to interview 3 project managers, because the kind of leaders who are chosen at Chemonics are rare to find.
