Not allocate too much power to an individual. Ensure personnel from the home office are trained about cultural differences in the field. they need to understand that the sector is driven by compassion.

Knowing I have a salary at month-end, otherwise going to work is a drag... its too toxic and combative, its like a feudal colony
I love my job and every day I come with joy. I am surrounded by friendly colleagues who come to work with great pleasure. It is a pleasure to work with such a team. Because they will help not only at work, but outside of it at any time
