What are some of the best things about your team?good thinkers, timeliness, availability, can work under pressure
What are some of the best things about your team?It is an experienced and professional team, that works as a well-bonded team if given the chance, however, the head of operations had created too much fear in the team, with threats, of firing anyone she wants and at will
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing I have a salary at month-end, otherwise going to work is a drag... its too toxic and combative, its like a feudal colony
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Empower persons to speak out, avoid giving too much powers to persons with no wide experience. its absurd to bring an overzealous compliance person with no prior experience in operations to lead an entire operations (Finance, HR, Procurement, Administration, compliance, and so on
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Not allocate too much power to an individual. Ensure personnel from the home office are trained about cultural differences in the field. they need to understand that the sector is driven by compassion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Thieves preying on the poor!!
