Mr. David C. Shelton, also known as Dave, Esq., has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Chemours Company since November 2014 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Shelton heads the Chemours global legal, compliance, security and governmental affairs team. He served as Associate General Counsel for DuPont and a member of the DuPont Legal Global Leadership team. He holds a BA from St. Joseph's University and a JD from Villanova.
