There is a poor culture of responsibility and accountability in Ingleside, TX. I had hopes when DuPont spun us off that the place would take care of Operations responsibly.
Great work environment made up of team oriented people and leadership that genuinely wants to see their people succeed.
In addition to annual bonuses, excellent work can also be recognized and awards given outside of our standard compensation package.
Would like it better if all employees were treated the same and if people were all paid for performance
