Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there to serve, and to make sure the resources are available to accomplish the goals. I also like that they don't micromanage.
Erik is very caring, works hard to make sure we can get tasks done but emphasizes and understands that personal obstacles sometimes can make life difficult and work even more difficult.
I like how my boss is understandable about my executive team aspect's and thoughts about some design's.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat staff like human beings not resources
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is generous and thoughtful.
Was offered a fair package at the beginning of employment. Didn't have to bargain.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i dont feel undervalued. I know I am.
Executive Management are arrogant and dismissive
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm on a fast-paced team where people trust each other, and everyone gets their work done well, professionally, and on time. People really care about the final product and delivering quality work and content.
Going home and not being at work
Diverse, but caring, united, and one giant family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is positive and supportive, passionate, and generally happy.
All remote with Slack communication.

The toxic relationships by management

These people know their stuff- they know what to ask and how to ask it to make sure they're hiring high-quality candidates.

Very human. Less rigid and more useful
I was offered the job. Was asked my availability, and began work within several weeks of receiving a random email from one of the execs.

I work with smart, able professionals in a very positive and supportive environment.

We work from our homes, offices, or even local beaches - it's an adventure everyday if you make it one.
