What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there to serve, and to make sure the resources are available to accomplish the goals. I also like that they don't micromanage.
Erik is very caring, works hard to make sure we can get tasks done but emphasizes and understands that personal obstacles sometimes can make life difficult and work even more difficult.
I like how my boss is understandable about my executive team aspect's and thoughts about some design's.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat staff like human beings not resources
