For Jeff Freeman, success in business is all about relationships. Patience, perspective, and being present, three skills he learned from being the parent of a special needs child, are also the building blocks for great collaboration. A native of Salt Lake City, Jeff graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in communications. He joined CHG in 1994, where began his career as a physician recruiter. In the decades since, Jeff has risen through the leadership ranks as a person who believes in the power of believing in yourself and being authentic.
