Early in career, Kerry Norman, executive vice president of Operations, would have described herself as a "spreadsheet person." A graduate of Boston College in economics, Kerry was fascinated by the world of finance. Her career began with a national investment company where she was selected for their leadership program. That's where she discovered her other love - connecting company success with talent acquisition and employee growth. Since Kerry joined CHG in 2017, she's been known as a talent developer, a sought-after coach, and an advocated for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She oversees many of CHG's company-wide strategic initiatives. Kerry knows when people succeed and grow, companies do too.
