i feel like im not paid enough for everything i do

I'm overworked and underpaid. I've asked for a raise repeatedly and nothing. There was mention of benefits, but they were never offered.

I believe experience and hard work should be compensated.

It is difficult to come to work everyday and be told 'thank you for working so hard' and 'you did a great job today' without any actual substance to back up those words. I feel that if I and others were truly appreciated, we would be paid more and fairly.

I do everything that os asked of me and i do a lot more. I feel im not paid enough because i have to pick up my coworkers slack most of the time and ts unfair to me. Management made the job terrible for me now. They show favortism when it comes to pay and job advancement

The corporate office is completely out of touch with the franchise and doesn't understand the needs of it's employees or manangement staff. They care about dollar signs and nothing else.
