When the manager actually has people doing their job jobs
Working alongside of some amazing, hardworking co-workers.

Coworkers need to be treated more fairly and paid according to their level of training, managers need to treat coworkers with more respect and speak more proffesionaly

Managerment needs to take some type of ethics training and learn effective communication and social skills
The relationship between management and employees is very unprofessional, negative, and impacts my daily functions at work for the few hours I am on the clock. I feel there is discrimination within the workplace which is a huge issue.

the managers are so rude to the customers but the team members are good
