My last visit, i had to repeat my order 2x. Order was repeated back to me correctly. Once i reached window, they only had recorded half of my order. Had to start over again. Drive thru not busy. Maybe 2 cars in front & 1 behind me.

The corporate office is completely out of touch with the franchise and doesn't understand the needs of it's employees or manangement staff. They care about dollar signs and nothing else.
