What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive outside of my position which is to serve customers and make sure they are satisfied with the service they receive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is a conversation for upper manager to disclose as we are all employees and on the same level, it is not my responsibility other than team work to handle my coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The relationship between management and employees is very unprofessional, negative, and impacts my daily functions at work for the few hours I am on the clock. I feel there is discrimination within the workplace which is a huge issue.
