I would like to have more affordable healthcare benefits.

If we were given more bonuses

we deal with a lot during the day and only get told when we make mistakes. Hard work and dedication goes unnoticed and good workers get discouraged and stop trying

I should receive another raise because its too much physical work here and we always under staffed.

Pay minorities much less compared the other groups
