What do you like best about the leadership team?

I much preferred the CEO when it was Union Hospital. He was an excellent and hands-on communicator as was my immediate supervisor.

Making decisions ans sricking to thwm

Recognition, effectively retaining employees--asking themselves why the turn over is so high. They don't seem to care about work/life balance

Their attitudes and stop talking about the staff on the work floor.

treating staff as humans, feel dispensable

communication, appreciation toward frontline staffs

Communication to employees about why moves are done instead of "Because we say so." Spending money on bad software
