After leadership changes, the new work cultures have changed completely from very positive to very negative. Mostly because leaders don't care and appreciate frontline staffs.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees are not happy as we don't feel being appreciated by management. We are told by the director that we can be replaced if anyone wants to leave. We are not treated as professionals but as numbers.
