It's amazing to work with such a great group who is also willing to share knowledge with clients and newer team members in order to raise everyone's confidence and understanding of our industry
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Cicayda has a very relaxed and friendly culture. This by no means indicates the company moves slowly, as the nature of our work is always fast-paced and varies from case to case. However, the culture is based on a unified goal and of general respect for one another. -- Amazing place!
