Mr. Cornelis David Arends, also known as Kees, has been Executive Vice President and President of Upload & Print Business Units at Cimpress N.V. since July 2016. Mr. Arends served as Senior Vice President at Cimpress N.V. from October 28, 2015 to July 2016. Mr. Arends served as President of European Business Units at Cimpress N.V. from October 2015 to July 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management. Mr. Arends oversees the strategic direction and overall performance of several brands in the Cimpress portfolio including Albumprinter and Printdeal. He works closely with the managing directors of these businesses, supporting them in their continuous growth efforts. A proven entrepreneur with deep sales and marketing experience, he has founded and built five different companies in the last 25 years. He served as Chief Executive Officer of NPM Capital N.V. Mr. Arends joined NPM Capital N.V. in January 2014 and served as a Director at NPM Capital N.V. He founded Vancom Netherlands in 1994 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Arends served as the Chief Executive Officer of Albumprinter BV. Mr. Arends served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Arriva Nederland. He founded Arriva Nederland in 1994 and grew it to be the largest commercial operator in the country with contracts in rail, taxi, bus and ambulance business. Mr. Arends founded two other services companies in the area of consulting and field marketing. He coaches and invests in several small and medium sized service companies. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Solid Ventures. He served as a Director of NPM Capital N.V. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Solid Capital Partners BV. Mr. Arends studied at Nijenrode Business School in Breukelen.
