Ms. Katryn Shineman Blake, also known as Trynka, has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Vistaprint Business Unit at Cimpress N.V. since February 2017 and serves as its Member of Management Board. Ms. Blake served as President of Vistaprint Business Unit at Cimpress N.V. from July 2014 to January 25, 2017. She served as President of North American Business Unit at Cimpress N.V. from November 2010 until June 2012. She served as Chief Customer Officer of Cimpress N.V. since June 2011 until June 2014. She served as Chief Marketing Officer of VistaPrint North America at Cimpress N.V. since April 2008 until November 2010. She served as Director of Management Board at Cimpress N.V. since July 2012. Ms. Shineman oversees the planning, strategy, finance, legal, HR and marketing for the North American business unit. Ms. Shineman served as Executive Vice President of Global Marketing at Cimpress N.V. since July 2012 until June 2014. She has over 15 years of experience in market research and analysis, strategic planning, database marketing and e-commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Cornell University and an Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.
