What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is engaged and contains thought leaders with impressive backgrounds in healthcare. The board is very knowledgeable about healthcare and they treat the employees well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
So many options to choose from that are top of the line. There are many fully funded options and many richer options as well. I also love having access to the CirrusMD platform to chat with a doc anytime on demand. Super grateful for our benefit offerings!
The benefits package is amazing! I've never had a healthcare package this good where I worked. The pay is pretty solid, and the stock/equity benefits are good too.

The people at CirrusMD are great. They make sure new hires fit into the company culture well, and it has led to a great workplace.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process is thorough, but quick moving. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with many people that I work and interact with now everyday.
I met with several people, including two department heads before being hired in a 4 hour meet and greet type interview process. It made starting on day1 very easy because I already new a good handful of people.

Seeing the company grow from a small startup to a telehealth company with an impressive list of clients.
