Ms. Jill Larsen has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Talent at Cisco Systems, Inc. since May 11, 2017. Ms. Larsen served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Talent Acquisition, People Planning and Services Human Resources at Cisco Systems, Inc. until May 11, 2017. At Cisco, Ms. Larsen oversees a large global team of HR professionals. Over the last two years, Ms. Larsen has transformed Cisco's talent acquisition team and aligned them to Cisco's cloud and software transformation by implementing innovative recruiting and sourcing initiatives, executing a robust talent brand and social media strategy and driving next-generation talent pipelines. Her charter has been expanded to include People Planning, a new HR practice that accelerates Cisco's people transformation by providing talent insights and organizational design capabilities and building a talent cloud ecosystem that enables leaders and employees to identify the skills needed for the future. She is the Global Human Resources Leader for Cisco's Services organization, which includes 14,000 employees and $12B in revenues. She launched Alpha HR, an initiative that has been a catalyst for a number of disruptive talent approaches to accelerate Cisco's people transformation. She worked at EMC, SunGard, startups and consulting firms in multiple HR roles, including Vice President of HR strategy and operations; global CHRO for RSA, the security division of EMC; and Vice President global HR, M&A and the HR generalist functions. She has been Director of Montage Talent Incorporated since November 21, 2016. She won the prestigious Academic Excellence Award. She has her PHR designation and a certificate in HR management from Bentley University. Ms. Larsen earned her bachelor's degree in communications and English from Boston College. She received her master's degree in HR management from Emmanuel College with summa cum laude distinction.
