Joe Cozzolino — Senior Vice President of Services at Cisco

Mr. Joe Cozzolino has been a Senior Vice President of Services at Cisco Systems, Inc. since June 2015. Mr. Cozzolino leads the services business portfolio, which delivers strategic consulting, platform, advanced and technical services solutions to customers and partners worldwide. His team helps Cisco customers transform their businesses through 'connected' service offerings that support their business goals and deliver business value. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Service Provider Video Infrastructure group at Cisco Systems, Inc. He has 25 years of wireline and cable-television engineering, general management, sales and customer service experience. Mr. Cozzolino served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Network Infrastructure of Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. and was responsible for product realization and managing the lines of businesses for fiber-to-the premise, hybrid-fiber coax and cable management termination systems. He served as General Manager for Motorola's Home & Networks Mobility business in EMEA and Asia Pacific and was responsible for all customer operations, including the services business, across the two regions. Prior to that, he held various sales management roles within the Connected Home business of Motorola. In that role, his responsibilities included pre-sales engineering and sales. He joined Motorola following the acquisition of RiverDelta Networks in October 2001, where he led worldwide customer operations. He spent nine years at ADC Telecommunications, including general management of their cable-television product group and sales. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a master's in business administration from Anna Maria College.
