Roger Biscay — Senior Vice President of Global Risk Management and Treasurer at Cisco

Mr. Roger Biscay serves as a Senior Vice President of Global Risk Management and Treasurer at Cisco Systems, Inc. and his responsibilities include corporate finance, investments, cash management, foreign exchange, risk transfer, safety, security and business resiliency. Mr. Biscay serves as executive sponsor for several key Cisco accounts and is actively engaged in investor relations. Mr. Biscay served as a Vice President of Finance at Cisco Systems. He served as Senior Director and Assistant Treasurer of Cisco Systems. He served as also the investment advisor for the Cisco Foundation and a member of its 401k committee. Prior to joining Cisco in 1999, he held senior trading and sales positions in the areas of fixed income, foreign exchange and equity capital markets with major global financial institutions including Lehman Brothers, Paribas Capital Markets and Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Biscay has been a Director of DataDirect Networks, Inc. since March 14, 2014 and served as its Member of Advisory Board. He served as Director of The Orchard Enterprises Inc. since February 28, 2006 and Digital Music Group Inc. since February 28, 2006. Mr. Biscay holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
