(formerly Solera Holdings LLC) from April 2006 to March 2009, its Assistant Secretary from August 2008 to March 2009, Treasurer from April 2006 to March 2009 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until March 2009. He served as Secretary of Solera Holdings Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of BAE Systems IT, Inc. (also known as Digitalnet Inc.) from September 2001 to November 2004. Mr. Pearlstein served as a Senior Vice President and the Assistant Secretary of Digitalnet Government Solutions LLC (DGS), a subsidiary of Digitalnet Holdings Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of DigitalNet Holdings Inc. from September 2001 to October 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From September 2000 to July 2001, Mr. Pearlstein served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Global Services Division of Commerce One Inc., which he joined in September 2000. He served as Senior Vice President of AppNet, Inc., from July 1998 to September 2000 and as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from May 1999 to September 2000. Mr. Pearlstein served as Managing Director and Principal of Foxhall Capital, LLC from November 1996 to July 1998. He served as a Director of Syniverse Holdings, Inc. since February 2005. He served as Director of Syniverse Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Syniverse Holdings since February 2005. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Pearlstein holds B.S. in Accounting from New York University and an MBA in Finance from the George Washington University.
