Pay only-you will never be able or feel comfortable using vacation time.
The pay is very competitive.

The fast paced energy on the floor.
Everyone is friendly and nice
Meritocracy, "get things done" attitude. Almost no bureaucracy. it's not about who you know, it's about what you do
