Ability to manage through headwinds in industry and market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary frozen for 3+ years. Bonus reduced every year. All the while the company continues to grown top and bottom line numbers, and continues to make acquisitions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers just follow instructions and do what are told by Sr. Leadership. Not a fault of co-workers, but a reflection of the poor leadership. Strong "Command and Control" approach to management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management does not have a "People First" mentality. They achieve success, at any cost, on the backs of the employees, then freeze their pay for multiple years, while the company grows revenues and profits.
