Salary frozen for 3+ years. Bonus reduced every year. All the while the company continues to grown top and bottom line numbers, and continues to make acquisitions.
They seem to base pay on years of service and not on quality of work.
Longer-range thinking and broader roles so that strategic thinking can occur deeper in the organization.

Coworkers just follow instructions and do what are told by Sr. Leadership. Not a fault of co-workers, but a reflection of the poor leadership. Strong "Command and Control" approach to management.
My coworkers are helpful, bright, accurate and their teaching methods are effective.
Less politics. More diversity in management.

Pay attention to every level
Their needs to be more monetary incentives, team building activities, and holiday parties.
More interviews with relevant parties. Right now, everything is very top-down.

Management does not have a "People First" mentality. They achieve success, at any cost, on the backs of the employees, then freeze their pay for multiple years, while the company grows revenues and profits.
There aren’t any competitive options for our customers.
