Brent Hazzard — Head of Structured Finance for Citizens Commercial Banking at Citizens Financial Group

Mr. Brent Hazzard has been the Head of Structured Finance for Citizens Commercial Banking at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. since June 2016. Mr. Hazzard joined Citizens from GE Capital, where he served as a Leader in both GE's Restructuring and Distressed Debt businesses. Additionally, he was a North American Sales Leader for GE's mid-market asset based lending business. He served as Managing Director at GE Commercial Finance since May 15, 2006. He served as a Senior Vice President on the distressed debt team at GE - Bank Loans. Prior to joining GE - Bank Loans, he held sales management positions with GE - Business Credit. Before GE, he worked in various senior positions in risk management and sales at BankBoston, Fleet Bank, Shawmut Bank and Bank of New England. He is an Active Member in the restructuring community, serving on the International Board of Directors for the Turnaround Management Association and is a Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Hazzard earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut and an MBA from The University of Hartford.
