Chris Ward — President of Business Banking for Citizens Bank at Citizens Financial Group

Mr. Chris Ward has been President of Business Banking for Citizens Bank at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. since February 2016. Mr. Ward has more than 26 years of experience and served as Head of Business Banking Sales. He served as President of Business Banking at Citizens Bank, National Association until April 2017. He served as Global Director of Small and Medium Enterprise Segment for BBVA's Worldwide Retail Banking Unit at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. since December 2012. Mr. Ward joined BBVA Compass in 1997 as the district retail executive for Jacksonville, Fla. He served as BBVA's small business banking segment executive. He managed and developed small business asset and liability products and strategies. He also was responsible for all profit-and-loss management, network distribution, multichannel distribution, goal achievement and customer experience in support of the small business segment.
