Mr. Randall J. Black has been the Controller of Citizens Financial Group, Inc. since April 18, 2016 and serves its Executive Vice President since April 2016. Mr. Black served as Chief Accounting Officer of MBNA Corp. and its subsidiary, MBNA America Bank N.A. since February 1, 2005. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Citizens Financial Group, Inc. since April 18, 2016. He served as Assistant Treasurer of MBNA Corp. and MBNA America Bank N.A. He also served as Senior Executive Vice President and Controller of the MBNA America Bank N.A. Mr. Black has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and was with MBNA Corp. for 13 years. Mr. Black served as the Chief Executive Officer of Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement since 2014. From 2011 to 2013, he served as Managing Director for Citigroup's Mortgage Division. From 2009 to 2011, he served as the Deputy Chief Accountant of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Mr. Black held senior management positions at several banking institutions, including MBNA America where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from 1991 to 2005.
