Brad Scovill is the President & CEO of C&N, a $2.4 billion community bank headquartered in Wellsboro, PA. C&N is a full-service financial institution with 30 locations throughout northern, southeastern and south-central Pennsylvania and the southern tier of New York. Since Brad’s arrival as President & CEO in February of 2015, C&N has grown its asset size by $1.2 billion following the expansion into the southeastern and south-central regions of PA.
Prior to C&N, Scovill served as President & COO of Kish Bank in State College, PA, and held executive management positions with PNC, Sterling Financial Corporation and Bank of Hanover & Trust Company. Brad formerly served as the Chairman of the Board of the PA Bankers Association after completing his terms as Chairman of the Association’s Government Relations Policy Committee and PA Bankers Public Affairs Committee (PaBPAC). He is the President of The Fund for Northern Tier Development, a 501c(4) organization with the mission to support economic growth and job creation in the northern tier counties of PA and is also a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.
His previous board memberships include the Fulton Opera House Foundation as President, the United Way of York County as Chairman, and the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce as Chairman. Scovill graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
