What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was actually a TEAM. We worked together, communicated effectively, and it was fun doing it with them! They are kind, funny, and really care about you as a person, not just another employee.
Thwy work hard, drive culture, and love to make our enviromwnt fun!

Got to get to know the hiring manager, wasn't just an interview using STAR method. Being a real person makes the difference. Get to know your prospects, humanize them and that'll help see if they are a good fit for the company
