Worked there for about 2 years. If you're good at what you do, there's a lot of opportunities for advancement within the company. Company promotes positive work environment. Can be frustrating as an employee to constantly have to change operations for new LTO's every couple of months. 7.5/10

My team was actually a TEAM. We worked together, communicated effectively, and it was fun doing it with them! They are kind, funny, and really care about you as a person, not just another employee.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to get to know the hiring manager, wasn't just an interview using STAR method. Being a real person makes the difference. Get to know your prospects, humanize them and that'll help see if they are a good fit for the company
