What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to their employees and regularly
Their communication skills are terrible. Their regard for people and their personal life or feelings is completely irrelevant. They need to learn to treat their employees with respect and as if they are people instead of spot fillers. They do not put in any effort to keep their employees.
Being a leader at the job
leader ship is ok for when they need you to get their job done but when it comes to requesting extra PTO or Pay they shoot you down

Fair Market and Equity with experience being paid in access
Base salary does not reflect the leadership I provide to our team
Hours have bern cut drastically. We work hard and definitely underpaid no rewards whatsoever, no sick pay, no holiday pay no vacation pay, no insurance
They take too much out of my paycheck.
a bonus from time to time would be nice, knowing the amount of money bring is and the hard work that employees put out a bonus would be good

Everyone really works well together to get the goals accomplished.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers should be as dedicated to the job as me. They should come to work ready to work instead of ready to go home. We could work together better if everyone TRIED to keep a positive attitude and there was more communication.

There is a feeling of encouragement of innovations and new ideas.

Everyone almost always comes to work in a good spirit and ready to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New folks at every level in the org chart starting with e team
The company culture is a very hostile environment. Everyone is always unhappy with the treatment by the management. Its always us against them and I feel they need to unite to make it a happier place. Theres gotta be a better way!

make employees over worked with little pay, a little incentive would be great to keep employees around
