Their communication skills are terrible. Their regard for people and their personal life or feelings is completely irrelevant. They need to learn to treat their employees with respect and as if they are people instead of spot fillers. They do not put in any effort to keep their employees.
Being a leader at the job
leader ship is ok for when they need you to get their job done but when it comes to requesting extra PTO or Pay they shoot you down
