Review from IT Dept

The best part of the benefit package is the car allowance.

Review from Executive Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Amount of hours needed to be successful doesnt match compensation

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued by my team because it feels like im talking to a wall most of the time. I would feel better about my compensation if i felt like i was actually making a difference. I dont even make enough money to buy a home this year kind of disappointing.

Review from Operations Dept

pay increase for all the hours invested to the company

Review from Operations Dept

I’ve been in the same position for almost 4 years with no promotion opportunities available despite having taken on more responsibility. I’m moving to an

Review from HR Dept

to be paid based on seniority & education/degree, not for everyone within the department to be paid the same thing no matter how long they have been in the dept or with the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Performance based pay incentives or raises.

Review from Operations Dept

RFMs/DDs/similar positions are making what Supervisors/techs make on the average. It makes it challenging to encourage great supervisors to continue their leadership journey when they make more with less headache.

Review from Operations Dept

The actual job duty includes team management(staffing, training, skills developments) ,provides services to all companies, works with multiple HR /accounting teams, impacts ongoing expansions, includes heavy projects, high level of compliance maintenance, implementation. Comparably undervalued

Review from HR Dept

I have over 6 years of recruiting experience, 3 of those being in a leadership role. I have looked at the comps, for a recruiter with a BA and my experience, and am on the low end of the scale. I've stayed with City because I have great coworkers and good benefits, not because of the pay.

Review from HR Dept

That I was paid enough to pay my bills and have a little to put in savings. I don't feel I'm paid the market value for what I give to City. I love my job and people I work with.

The compensation is not equal to the current rate of pay for this position

average for customer service in jax is $20- $22, and they offer 10% differential for nights & 10% or 15% for weekends.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I believe we should be compensated in more hourly wages for the work we do and how stressful the job can be at times. Its good but another $1-2 an hour across the board for CSRs and leadership would be nice. Its hard out here.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued because nobody listens to me. Not my team, not my manager, not upper management. These surveys dont seem to make a difference. I would feel better about my compensation if it was increased. But that would not make me feel better about working here.

Review from Operations Dept

24 hr engaged - Amount of budget responsibuluty - employee engagement - More of a chain of command would be better.

Review from Operations Dept

annual raises based on performance and job duties

Review from Customer Success Dept

As more and more work and duties and piled on, the compensation should reflect that and not wait almost 2 years for a raise.

Review from Admin Dept

I think the pay should be higher for what we sometimes have to put up with

Review from Customer Support Dept

If I received more for all the tasks I have to perform.

Review from Business Development Dept

I do believe I get a good pay but with this environment as it intense and stressful as it can be I feel we could get paid more. I do love what I do.
