Comunication NOn/ cover ups fake managers who no nothing but how to minipulate the spreedsheets and dont care for the new members that need and want or are open to evry possible option to learn.

Im paralyzed by fear and anxiety everytime an email comes in because its a new emergency to drop everything and take care of. My boss wont stop breathing down my neck until i drop everything and complete said tasks. Nothing is enjoyable anymore

The work load, yet we are forced to take training that includes work, life balance. There seems to be some working themselves to death, yet others that seems to do the minimum.

Workload often times is excessive. Too many jobs for 1 technician to handle
Nothing is wrong. I don't think I'm typically excited to go to work everyday. It's a closed ended question.

The partner doesn't have a clear understanding of the set up. We have a set amount of techs, SUP, RFM - If you dive into the #'s (Analytics) it shows where we are under staffed per job volume / Time of day the calls come in. We do not analyze Sleep time / PTO time off 21 work days a month ave ect
