- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I currently work for CJ Schwan's in the United States. With the COVID pandemic, an executive decision was made to halt the 401(k) matching program. This has gone on for over 6 months, and has significantly undercut my future ROI and jeopardized my long term finances.
